The apartment is extremely comfortable, quiet, and spotlessly clean.

The kitchen offers a view of Abbot Hall and ample space for cooking, dining, and savoring a cup of coffee in the morning.

In the late afternoon and sun set, the dining area is illuminated with a warm golden light.

The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances (oven, stove, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, waffle iron) and a deep porcelain farmer's sink. It features a butcher-block counter for chefs and bakers to use. Additionally, amenities such as a Keurig with coffee pods, an electric kettle with a selection of tea, cookware, silverware, stemware, and china are provided.

Art and vintage/antique decor adorns the apartment.

This apartment is ideal for a single person or a couple, and can accommodate up to three guest. The bedrooms are small, as is common in antique homes, but they come equipped with closets, hangers, dressers, and bedside tables with lamps.

The bed linens are white 100% pima-cotton and plush white cotton robes and slippers are provided to guests.

The bathroom, which has been recently renovated, includes a roomy shower with a glass door, white subway tiles, and a marble tile floor. Additionally, there is a lighted mirror for makeup and shaving. Basic necessities like body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrush, and hand soap are provided, along with bath and hand towels.
